Product Manager, Power Electronics

Copeland is seeking a Product Manager for Power Electronics to own the product lifecycle from concept to obsolescence. This role involves defining product roadmaps, managing P&L, and translating market needs into profitable solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative products that align with business objectives.

• Develop and execute 5-year product roadmaps
• Manage product lifecycle from development to obsolescence
• Set product priorities and manage product P&L
• Create business cases and define product positioning
• Gather and analyze Voice of Customer insights
