As a Senior Product Development Program Manager at Medtronic, you will lead diverse energy-component projects for internal customers, combining hands-on team leadership with a deep understanding of business needs and quality systems. You will drive program execution from initiation to closure, improve program management capabilities, and contribute to new business development by identifying and shaping opportunities for novel energy solutions.

- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks
- Navigate multiple quality systems and product development processes
- Direct small, matrixed teams and external partners
- Improve program management practices and tools
