Project Manager – New Product Development (NPD) 

Alfa Laval is seeking a Project Manager to lead New Product Development (NPD) projects within their Brazed and Fusion Bonded heat exchangers business unit. This role involves managing international projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. The position is based at the company's HQ in Lund, Sweden.

• Drive New Product Development (NPD) Process on time, on specification and on budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, production, quality, procurement)
• Define project objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulation and quality standards
