About this role
Gusto is seeking an AI-first Legal Tech IT Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise applications for their Legal & Compliance organization. This role will focus on integrating generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation into various legal systems to transform how legal and compliance work is performed.
What we are looking for
6- Own AI-first strategy, roadmap, and delivery for legal and compliance technology
- Reimagine legal and compliance work with generative AI and AI agents
- Embed AI into CLM, matter management, e-signature, and GRC platforms
- Translate business needs into AI-enabled product requirements
- Drive shift from manual workflows to predictive, self-improving platforms
- Design and deliver AI-augmented redesign of core legal workflows
