Amgen is seeking an L5 Product Owner / Scrum Master to lead their India-based AIN team supporting the SAGE program. This role involves hands-on backlog ownership, requirement clarification, Scrum Master facilitation, and Agile coaching to ensure clear priorities, predictable execution, and high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate across business, product, engineering, data science, and leadership teams to translate priorities into actionable work and strengthen team effectiveness.

What we are looking for

Own and maintain the AIN team backlog, including prioritization and user stories
Translate business and technical priorities into actionable work
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Remove impediments, manage risks, and coordinate cross-team dependencies
Coach the team on Agile and SAFe practices
Improve flow and predictability using Agile metrics
