Senior Product/Program Manager (Hybrid)

Lead multiple programs within the Air Traffic Navigation, Integration & Coordination System (ATNAVICS) portfolio, managing cost, schedule, and technical execution. You will serve as the primary customer interface and lead a cross-functional team to drive program success and foster growth opportunities. This role requires strong program management expertise and the ability to operate autonomously in a hybrid work environment.

• Lead full lifecycle program management from pursuit to sustainment
• Manage P&L for assigned value stream generating $10M+ in annual sales
• Chair cross-functional Program Management Team (PMT)
• Serve as primary customer interface
• Minimum 8 years of experience in military or aerospace/defense
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required
