About this role

As the Technical Services Program Manager, you will build, scale, and maintain critical technical service programs from the ground up. You will own program documentation, training, and KPI tracking to ensure operational excellence across HVAC, electrical, and other building systems. This role requires translating strategy into execution and driving compliance within a large, matrixed team.

What we are looking for

Build and scale technical service programs (HVAC, BBM, Generator, UPS, Electrical, Elevator)
Own Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and standard operating procedures
Develop and deliver training to 100+ technical and non-technical staff
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for technical services
Manage operational budgets (OPEX/CAPEX) and financial accruals
Ensure cross-functional alignment between technical and non-technical teams
