Manager, Product Management

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the North America Digital Product Issuing team. This role focuses on scaling digital payment solutions like MA Agent Pay and MA Virtual Card Token to Issuers (Banks and Processors). You will partner with customers to understand their digital objectives, influence product strategy, and ensure seamless adoption of Mastercard's digital offerings.

• Drive digital thought leadership and storytelling on the payments landscape
• Support strategic engagement models with issuers, merchants, and partners
• Elevate the team's profile as digital payments experts
• Enable customer-facing success by partnering with account teams
• Lead Voice of Customer framework for product design and optimization
