Lead complex, multi-million-dollar defense programs from inception through delivery as a Program Manager at Moog. You will drive execution, manage contract compliance, and lead cross-functional teams in a performance-driven culture. This role requires deep technical familiarity with defense systems and a proven track record of managing programs within rigorous government constraints.
What we are looking for
6- Lead planning, execution, and closeout of defense programs
- Manage program financials using Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Ensure compliance with government regulations (FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR)
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
- Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Support proposal development for new business opportunities
