ServiceNow Technical Product Manager

Ecolab is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to own their ServiceNow Source-to-Pay solutions. You will act as the technical product owner, bridging business needs with platform capabilities to deliver efficient and compliant Accounts Payable and Procurement experiences. This role involves shaping product strategy, guiding roadmap prioritization, and ensuring platform health, with significant visibility and influence over Finance technology.

• Serve as the Technical Product Leader for Source-to-Pay on the ServiceNow platform
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Evaluate technical feasibility, maintainability, and platform alignment
• Collaborate with delivery teams on backlog prioritization and roadmap planning
• Monitor platform performance, integrations, and operational metrics
• Develop recommendations for future investments and roadmap priorities
