Senior Technical Program Manager

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic cloud platform and infrastructure initiatives. This role involves owning program governance, roadmap planning, and delivery execution across multiple cross-functional teams, enabling engineering teams to focus on delivery while ensuring operational excellence.

• Drive strategic cloud platform, infrastructure, and engineering initiatives
• Own programme governance, roadmap planning, capacity management, and delivery execution
• Enable engineering teams to focus on delivery while providing operational excellence
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams
• Manage complex dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations
• Own Jira governance, including backlog management, reporting, and release planning
