Engineering Project Manager

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex products, tools, or platform capabilities within Cisco's CX Engineering team. You will partner with Product Managers to convert priorities into executable plans, coordinate Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders, and manage risks and scope to ensure successful launch and operational readiness.

• Lead end-to-end delivery for 2-5 complex products, tools, or platform capabilities
• Partner with Product Managers to convert priorities into executable plans
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactively manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and critical-path decisions
• Drive launch and operational readiness for delivered capabilities
• Experience with technical program delivery using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe practices
