Product Management Operations specialist

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Product Management Operations Specialist to support global product managers with governance reviews, project proposal development, and roadmap execution. This role involves managing product marketing collateral, maintaining a centralized repository of marketing materials, and ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency within product management activities.

• Support G6 and G7 governance reviews for Global Product Managers
• Develop and maintain Product Requirement Proposals (PRPs)
• Coordinate stage-gate reviews and monitor project milestones
• Create product leaflets, brochures, and presentations
• Manage marketing assets and enforce document governance standards
• Enhance operational efficiency and data quality in product management
