Lead IT practice integrations, projects, and the enterprise Tech Refresh program for a healthcare organization focused on community oncology. You will own the playbook for practice onboarding and manage the refresh of site hardware and infrastructure to meet company standards, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery with minimal disruption to clinical operations.

• Lead IT practice integrations and projects, including anchor integrations, tuck-ins, and merger-driven onboardings
• Develop and refine a repeatable integration playbook for discovery, planning, and onboarding
• Manage the enterprise Tech Refresh program for hardware and infrastructure
• Own the integration and project portfolio for ITSM, including resource allocation and demand balancing
• Establish project governance, reporting, risk management, and executive communications
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of project engineers
