Program Manager - Lead

Lead the successful delivery of Sprinklr Community managed services and platform initiatives for enterprise customers. You will oversee program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery execution, acting as the primary point of accountability for customer engagements. This role requires driving long-term customer value and managing consultants to ensure program success.

• Own end-to-end program and managed services delivery for strategic customer engagements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and relationship management
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Establish governance frameworks and manage program scope, risks, and change requests
• Lead cross-functional coordination across consultants, customer teams, and product/engineering teams
• Manage engagement financials, including forecasting, resource utilization, and budget management
