Senior Product Manager

Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead marketing strategies for their Specialty Brands portfolio in Milan, Italy. This role involves developing and executing marketing plans, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and shape the future of established therapies.

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans and multi-year strategic vision
• Manage marketing budget, monitor KPIs, sales data, and market trends
• Oversee product lifecycle, define positioning, messaging, and action plans
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory teams
• Develop promotional and omnichannel marketing materials and initiatives
• Build scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and scientific societies
