Own definition and cross-functional strategy for org-wide programs
Drive program portfolio across Hardware, Software, and AI Engineering
Serve as senior interface between business/product leadership and engineering directors
Design, implement, and own reporting frameworks for CTO and senior leadership
Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic, high-risk programs
Mentor other TPMs and contribute to TPM function operations
