Digital Product Manager

Amgen is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own the day-to-day product lifecycle for Planisware, a critical platform for Process Development. You will act as the operational liaison, translating business priorities into actionable backlogs, coordinating development efforts, and driving platform adoption and performance. This role is key to improving product outcomes and ensuring alignment between user needs, business goals, and technology delivery.

• Manage and prioritize the Planisware team backlog
• Convert business priorities into actionable team backlog items
• Coordinate platform configuration, testing, and releases
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach the delivery team
• Gather and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure product delivery adheres to Amgen policies and governance
