Associate, Customer Technical Program Manager

Aligned DC is seeking an Associate Customer Technical Program Manager to support customer programs throughout the data center lifecycle. This role involves coordinating activities, facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners, and maintaining project documentation. You will help ensure a best-in-class customer experience by tracking progress, supporting change management, and contributing to process improvements.

• Support customer lifecycle activities from pre-construction to post-delivery
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and tracking tools
• Assist with pre-sales and contract review coordination
• Track change requests and support customer communications
• Prepare meeting materials and report project status
