Project Manager, Software Operations (12-month Term)

Nuro is seeking a Project Manager for Software Operations for a 12-month term to improve quality control processes for their autonomous driving software. You will work closely with the Software Operations team to refine procedures, rubrics, and classification frameworks, ensuring consistency and quality across internal and offshore teams. This role offers direct access to leadership and a mandate to drive significant process improvements.

• Improve QC procedures, rubrics, and classification frameworks
• Ensure consistency between internal and offshore QC teams
• Document and refine operational workflows
• Identify and address process gaps and ambiguities
• Report directly to the Head of Software Operations
• 4+ years in project management, operations, process design, or QA
