Sr. Program Manager

Jackson Lewis is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of the firm's most critical strategic initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders across various departments to drive successful outcomes, manage complex projects, and advance enterprise project management practices. This role is crucial for ensuring strategic alignment and delivering measurable value across the firm.

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects and programs from initiation through closure
• Partner with senior business leaders to facilitate project intake, assess readiness, and develop prioritization recommendations
• Design and establish effective governance structures, steering committees, and executive reporting
• Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders
• Monitor portfolio, program, and project health, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
• Mentor and coach project managers on PMO standards and delivery disciplines
