Program Manager

As a Program Manager at BorgWarner, you will be the accountable business leader for customer programs, guiding cross-functional global teams from initial pursuit through production and closeout. You will ensure program success by driving safety, quality, timing, cost, and launch performance, while managing risks and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.

• Lead global, cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority
• Manage program lifecycle from award through production stabilization and closeout
• Drive APQP execution, readiness, and launch performance
• Own program business case, budget, and financial performance
• Proactively manage risks, changes, and issues
