Program Manager

As a Program Manager in our Enterprise Project Management Office, you will translate business leaders' strategic visions into executable programs and projects. You will manage strategic roadmaps, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure successful program completion while overseeing budgets, resources, and change management initiatives. This role offers exposure to enterprise-wide planning and the opportunity to lead project management teams.

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for business lines
• Manage program budgets, initiatives, and resource maximization
• Lead change management and people transition plans
• Prepare documentation and communicate with senior leadership
• Oversee overall program completion within the project portfolio
• Potentially lead and develop a team of Project Managers
