Sr. Program Manager

Lead new product development programs and improve PMO processes for Abbott's Structural Heart business. This role involves cross-functional team leadership, resource allocation, and ensuring programs meet regulatory and customer requirements in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

• Lead cross-functional teams for new product development programs
• Improve PMO processes and tooling for predictable program execution
• Formulate and implement R&D programs and policies
• Interface with regulatory and customer resources
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and organizational plans
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and QMS
