Senior Manager, Technical Operations

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Product Operations to lead digital operations by enhancing technical program leadership and operational rigor. This role will focus on creating and refining processes, governance, and planning frameworks to enable effective delivery across various digital channels, acting as the technical PM and operational backbone for the team.

• Own end-to-end intake, prioritization, and roadmap management for Digital Operations initiatives
• Serve as technical program lead for complex initiatives, ensuring clear definition and cross-functional alignment
• Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles, including capacity and dependency management
• Establish and improve governance frameworks, decision-making processes, and operating rhythms
• Build repeatable playbooks, documentation standards, and execution frameworks
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing Operations, and other stakeholders to coordinate initiatives
