Project Manager

Coordinate various property projects, including tenant improvements, capital improvements, and repairs. Support project managers and directors on designated projects, manage project documentation, and assist in contractor selection. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

• Coordinate projects such as tenant improvements, capital improvements, and building repairs
• Review requisitions, change orders, and payment applications
• Support staff in identifying requirements, estimating costs, and preparing schedules
• Assist in selecting and contracting consultants and construction contractors
• Issue regular status reports on work in progress
• Obtain approval for organizational changes, project plans, and expenditures
