About this role

Quest Defense is seeking a Project Management Specialist to provide on-site production control, material planning, and schedule coordination for turbine airfoil casting. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to enhance schedule visibility, material availability, and production execution. The position requires 2+ years of relevant experience and is based 100% onsite in Cincinnati, OH.

What we are looking for

Support production plan and schedule development, maintenance, and execution
Monitor work-in-process, material availability, and production priorities
Coordinate with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, engineering, and logistics
Identify schedule risks, material constraints, and recovery actions
Track parts and material through the manufacturing process
Analyze production performance and identify improvement opportunities
