Senior Product Manager

Shape the future of frontline servicing by improving colleague experiences on CBA's strategic platform, CommSee 2.0. This role involves strategic product thinking, business analysis, and collaboration to simplify complex processes and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the business.

• Contribute to and deliver the CommSee 2.0 product roadmap
• Lead discovery across complex customer, colleague, and business problems
• Analyze end-to-end servicing journeys, workflows, systems, and processes
• Translate business, technology, operational, and regulatory needs into product outcomes
• Partner with engineers, designers, architects, and stakeholders
• Define success measures and use data to inform prioritization
