• Project planning, scope, schedule, and cost development
• Interface with plant maintenance and construction forces
• Develop project scope of work, schedule, and cost estimates
• Establish contracts, monitor progress and budget, resolve conflicts
• Assist higher Project Management levels with assigned accountabilities
• Requires PMP certification for future employees
