AXS is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives. This role involves partnering with business and technical teams to ensure efficient project execution, manage risks, and facilitate stakeholder communication. You will support Agile and hybrid delivery practices, mentor teams, and contribute to PMO standards.

What we are looking for

Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery
Coordinate timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications
Drive structured execution through clear planning frameworks
Own PMO artifacts including Program Plans and RAID Registers
Facilitate alignment and resolve cross-functional ambiguity
Coach teams on agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
