Product Manager, Incubations

Airbnb is seeking a senior product manager to drive its incubation machine, rapidly testing and launching new business ideas beyond core offerings. You will own product work across multiple incubation tracks, taking new ideas from concept to validated MVP by partnering with business, partnerships, engineering, and design teams.

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple incubation tracks
• Translate new business ideas into clear MVP scopes using configurable platform components
• Design and run pilots with defined success criteria and measurable OKRs
• Build strong relationships with business development, partnerships, and external partners
• Craft compelling product narratives for new incubations
• Develop and maintain a prioritization framework for concurrent incubation tracks
