Product Manager

OnBoard is seeking a Product Manager to partner with customers and cross-functional teams to define and deliver products that enhance board and leadership decision-making. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, AI, and Go-to-Market teams to solve customer problems and drive business outcomes.

• Shape and execute product strategy with customer insights and market research
• Lead customer discovery through interviews and research
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Define product requirements and translate customer needs into user stories
• Use data to drive product decisions and measure success
• Deliver products end-to-end from discovery to continuous improvement
