Technical Program Manager - Complex Programs

Kyndryl seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise delivery engagements, focusing on mission-critical production rollouts. This role requires on-site presence in West Palm Beach, Florida, and involves direct interaction with senior stakeholders to drive governance and resolve delivery bottlenecks.

• Direct end-to-end program governance and execution for enterprise production engagements
• Build and optimize master program schedules across software, cloud, and AI workstreams
• Establish transparent delivery metrics and status reporting for internal teams and clients
• Provide functional management to multi-disciplinary technical teams
• Serve as the primary technical program point of contact on customer premises
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical and operational delivery risks
