Staff Product Manager, Buyer ML

Etsy is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead machine learning initiatives within the Buyer Experience group. You will focus on improving buyer discovery, personalization, and recommendations by leveraging data science and ML to connect millions of buyers with the right items at the right moment. This role requires influencing cross-functional teams and driving product strategy to deliver significant buyer and business value.

• Lead ML product strategy for buyer discovery, personalization, and recommendations
• Partner with engineering, data science, and ML teams
• Define and capture buyer signals to power ML systems
