Zayo is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead strategic customer projects, focusing initially on standardizing dark fiber service records across national systems. This role requires a critical thinker with strong process and system knowledge to manage detailed deliverables, analyze services, plan projects, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external customers.
What we are looking for 6
- Lead end-to-end project planning and ownership for dark fiber service record standardization
- Audit historical data, develop project plans, and manage service/record conversion
- Generate technical documentation and validate closeout packages
- Develop remedial plans for service delivery defects and coordinate system/billing updates
- Orchestrate internal and external customer communication, milestones, and progress
- Minimum 7 years of telecom technical project management experience
