About this role
Lamina, a West Monroe Company, is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to lead product development for loan syndications and participations. You will be the subject-matter expert for origination, loan sales, and deal management, translating lending practices into intuitive software solutions. Partner closely with cross-functional teams from discovery through launch to shape product capabilities.
What we are looking for
6- Serve as subject-matter expert for loan participation and syndication sales and deal-management processes
- Translate industry workflows into product requirements, user stories, and test scenarios
- Define full-lifecycle requirements for data, documents, approvals, and communications
- Represent buy-side requirements for opportunity screening, credit evaluation, and commitment management
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Sales to deliver and improve product capabilities
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap decisions based on market needs and customer feedback
