About this role

Johnson Controls is seeking a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end development and commercialization of innovative fire detection products. This hybrid role involves managing project budgets, portfolios, and Value Analysis/Value Engineering initiatives to drive cost optimization and product competitiveness.

What we are looking for

Drive end-to-end development and commercialization of fire detection NPI projects
Manage project-level and departmental budgets, including planning and forecasting
Administer and maintain project portfolios within JCI’s Enterprise PPM tool
Lead Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives for cost optimization
Prepare project status reports for upper management
Utilize Excel and PowerBI for data-driven reporting and automation
