About this role

Verkada is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own and develop AI-powered products for their go-to-market engine. This role involves building systems for lead routing, data enrichment, and internal AI agents to enhance sales and marketing efficiency, as well as optimizing the company website through experimentation and personalization. The position requires a strong product management background with experience in AI/ML and a systems-thinking approach to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

What we are looking for

Own roadmap for go-to-market automation systems including account scoring and real-time lead routing
Build and scale internal AI agents for sales and marketing teams
Drive growth on verkada.com through experimentation and personalization
Identify and build net-new products for high-leverage marketing and pipeline-generation channels
5+ years of product management experience with a strong track record in AI/ML products
Hands-on experience with LLMs and applied generative AI
