Principal Product Manager: Talent Acquisition & Management Applications

Twilio is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of talent lifecycle applications, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Listening tools. This role involves owning the product strategy and roadmap, partnering with stakeholders to define business needs, and guiding cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle. The position will also focus on AI-enabled capabilities within talent acquisition and management.

• Own product strategy and roadmap for talent lifecycle applications
• Partner with COEs, HR leadership, and stakeholders to capture business needs
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle
• Provide product leadership for AI-enabled talent capabilities
• Manage vendor relationships and drive integrations
• 10+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or SaaS product management
