Digital Product Analyst

MillerKnoll is seeking a Digital Product Analyst to enhance our customer-centric digital business model. You will translate business needs into actionable product requirements, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to optimize ecommerce experiences. This role is crucial for driving clarity, supporting delivery, and improving product performance across our digital platforms.

• Gather and translate business and user needs into actionable product inputs
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
• Define requirements, support feature development, and ensure effective implementation
• Analyze customer behavior and conversion performance on Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Define and monitor key product metrics for continuous improvement
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Jira, and Confluence
