Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives like Value Stream Management and Architecture Forums. This role requires expert program management skills to lead complex, high-priority technical programs, influence senior leadership, and ensure successful execution and delivery within a fast-paced environment.
What we are looking for
6- Lead adoption of Value Stream Management (VSM) and program lifecycle improvements
- Drive execution of complex, high-priority technical programs
- Build and scale services or platforms within a Data Platforms organization
- Develop partnerships with engineering, product management, and analytics leaders
- Forecast project risks proactively and drive resolution of blockers
- Lead technical discussions at the organizational level to drive decisions
