About this role

As a Senior IT Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for our clinical integration and interoperability capabilities. You will manage key compliance initiatives, oversee FHIR data ingestion pipelines, and drive bi-directional integration with EHR systems. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, clinical, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, standards-based healthcare interoperability solutions.

What we are looking for

Lead clinical and interoperability pod strategy and execution
Implement CMS-0057 compliance, including Provider Access APIs and Prior Authorization
Oversee FHIR data ingestion via Azure Health Data Services
Manage bi-directional EHR integration using FHIR and HL7v2
Ensure HIPAA compliance and alignment with Azure-native architecture
5+ years of healthcare product management experience with FHIR and CMS-0057
