Senior Director, Technical Product Management

Lead the technical product management discipline for GE Aerospace's Defense & Systems Customer Experience portfolio. You will build and own the product operating model, including roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and outcome governance. This role involves leading a team of technical product managers and UX designers to deliver impactful digital solutions for federal and commercial markets, with a focus on leveraging AI to expand capabilities.

• Build and own the product operating model for a portfolio of 30+ digital products
• Lead and mentor a team of technical product managers and UX designers
• Define and implement roadmap standards, prioritization frameworks, and outcome governance
• Partner with Engineering to deliver capabilities that drive measurable business results
• Leverage AI to identify opportunities and enhance team delivery
• Manage stakeholder relationships and the product funding pipeline
