Associate Project Manger

LPC is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support project managers in coordinating office construction projects. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and communication across a portfolio of projects, acting as a central hub for documentation, reporting, and process adherence.

• Maintain program documentation, schedules, budgets, and reports
• Coordinate program-level meetings, agendas, and action items
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Project Managers
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
• Compile and distribute regular program reports on schedule, budget, and risks
• Assist in tracking program budgets, commitments, and expenditures
