About this role

As a Product Development Analyst, you will research, develop, and implement mortgage products for agencies, specialty lenders, and affordable housing programs. You will serve as a key liaison with investors and internal teams, ensuring smooth product rollouts and clear communication of updates. This role requires a strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and investor guidelines.

What we are looking for

Research, develop, and implement mortgage products
Liaise with private investors, FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, USDA, and affordable housing agencies
Coordinate creation and updates of LOS templates and SOPs
Maintain and build investor relationships
Minimum 3 years mortgage banking experience
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, VA, and affordable housing program guidelines
