CMS Product & Program Manager, L4B

Logitech is seeking a CMS Product & Program Manager to oversee and administer their Content Management System and related platforms like CRM and LMS. This role involves configuring systems, managing workstreams, coordinating global teams, and generating reports to support sales enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management mindset and experience with sales enablement platforms.

• Manage and configure Content Management System (CMS) settings and workflows
• Coordinate global teams and ensure timely delivery of CMS enhancements
• Define and maintain expectations for CMS admin requests and support
• Manage user permissions and configurations across CMS and LMS
• Design and generate tailored CMS and LMS reports
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and bridge IT requirements with business use cases
