Senior Manager, Technology Product Management

Lead the product management for JLL's Order to Cash processes, overseeing Contracts, Projects, Billing, and Accounts Receivable within a global PeopleSoft instance. You will manage a team of Product Specialists and Production Support staff, driving strategy and ensuring operational efficiency for finance operations across over 42 countries.

• Manage product strategy from conception to end-of-life
• Oversee Order to Cash processes including Contracts, Projects, Billing, AR
• Manage a team of Product Managers and Production Support staff
• Drive ERP strategy and roadmap, collaborating with global finance partners
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for billing and revenue workflows
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2 and global ERP rollouts
