About this role
As a Learning Technology Product Manager, you will drive the implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise learning platforms. This hands-on role involves strategic coordination, requirements gathering, configuration, data validation, and testing to ensure successful platform deployments and enhancements.
What we are looking for
6- Lead implementation and configuration of learning platforms (LMS, LXP)
- Manage data migration, validation, and quality assurance processes
- Develop test strategies and lead user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Coordinate system integrations (SSO, HRIS) and troubleshoot technical issues
- Gather business requirements and manage stakeholder communication
- Experience with Cornerstone Galaxy Unified Platform and AI-enabled learning tools
