Lead Product Manager

Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Finastra's next-generation corporate banking platform, focusing on composable domain services for cash management, liquidity, and corporate lending. You will manage a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, driving the delivery of modern, scalable, API-first services and influencing the evolution of the broader corporate banking portfolio.

• Define and own product strategy for cash, liquidity, and corporate lending
• Lead delivery across multiple squads through Product Owners and Business Analysts
• Manage and develop Product Owners and Business Analysts
• Ensure product direction reflects market demand and client needs
• Deliver reusable, composable services for a modern corporate banking platform
