Project Management Specialist

Boeing is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to join the 737 Program Business Operations Team in Renton, WA. This onsite role involves developing, integrating, and analyzing program-level plans and schedules, managing risks, and providing leadership support to mitigate project challenges. You will serve as a consultant to leaders, create program plan artifacts, and prepare project briefings for leadership decisions.

• Develop, maintain, integrate and analyze program level plans and schedules
• Serve as a consultant to Project, IPT or Airplane Level leader
• Create and manage program plan artifacts such as Work Breakdown Structures
• Provide visibility of complex, interrelated projects to inform leadership decisions
• Prepare project briefings to communicate project status
• 7+ years executing projects using PMBP tools/methodologies
